For larger festivals, additional and customizable services may be required. This includes onsite management to ensure toilets are placed and serviced properly and on time. You may also need an onsite 24 hour pump truck to be able to respond quickly to any emergent needs. We also have bathroom attendants who can maintain the interior of trailers and restock all units with toilet paper as needed. In addition, we understand that services for portable toilets and trailers cannot happen while your event is taking place. That is why we work with planners to determine how early we need to access a site so the units are clean and ready to go when gates open.
When determining how many portable toilets to have for an event, consider the size of the event, the expected duration of the event, and the number of attendees. A good rule of thumb is one toilet for every 50 people attending, and an additional toilet for every 4 hours of the event. For example, if there will be 150 people attending an event lasting 8 hours, then 5 portable toilets should be provided. You will also want to take into consideration if there will be food and alcohol served at your event. You will then want to increase the number of toilets by 20%.
